The complimentary tours meet at the top of the Sunnyside lift on Fridays at 1pm. Ski down an easy run and learn about the Cottonwood Canyons' geology, history, winter ecology, watershed, wildlife, and more!

This is a great activity for families or anyone looking to learn more about the ecology and geology of Alta. All skiers need is a lift ticket or season pass.

The skiing portion of the tour starts at 1pm, however, you can always catch up with a Ski with a Ranger Naturalists outside the Albion Day Lodge from 10:30am-12:30pm on Fridays! They will be sharing information about our watershed, mountain ecology and the environment.
Tours are weather conditions permitting.
